Portuguese cheese pie

National Portuguese snack pie - yummy! My family and friends are not indifferent to baking, especially sweet. But after I gave this recipe of Portuguese cuisine to their court, it took the crown place among their preferences. Oddly enough, it became a Portuguese cheese pie.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
We prepare the dough from flour, butter and sour cream. Carefully mix these ingredients to a consistency that will not stick to your hands. If it turns out to be a little thin, we additionally introduce flour.
We remove the resulting dough for half an hour in the refrigerator. After the time has elapsed, we take it out and distribute it in the form. Personally, I roll it out on parchment paper for this, and then stir it into a mold. In the resulting base of the pie, we coarsely rub the cheese.
Separately combine the eggs and cream, whisk them. The resulting mass is poured over the cheese. We put the mold in the heated to 200-220 for half an hour.
