We have an abandoned dacha plot on which there is nothing but an old garden consisting entirely of apple trees, pears, plums and cherries. At the end of the summer, my husband and I went there to see how things were going there. It turned out that the buckets were brought with them for a reason, as they collected a large amount of fruit, especially plums. Already at home, I decided to immediately take a small part of them, cooking plum pie according to my mother's recipe. How to make this delicacy? I'll tell you now! To begin with, chop the oil and leave it in a warm place so that it becomes soft. After that, rub it with sugar, add sour cream, salt and soda. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is formed. Now pour flour into the mass and knead the dough, which should not be tight, but elastic. Now divide the dough into two parts, one of them should be slightly larger. We roll out most of it and put it in the mold, not forgetting to make small sides. Spread the berries cut in half on top of the dough, sprinkle them with sugar. Roll out the second smaller half of the dough, cover the plums, pinch the edges.
Bake the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your appetite! Enjoy this delicious meal!
