Cooking method
I pour the milk into a wide bowl and put the cookies there for five minutes so that it is soaked with milk. It is advisable not to overdo it, otherwise the cookies will swell too much and begin to fall apart. While the cookies are taking a "milk bath", I put dried apricots, raisins and prunes in a colander and wash them thoroughly under running water, and then squeeze them through cheesecloth, put them in a blender, add lemon juice and zest there and carefully grind it all. Then I mix the resulting mass with cottage cheese. With this improvised cream, I lubricate each cookie and spread three cookies one on one. Well, now you can prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, I boil sugar with milk and butter for a couple of minutes and pour this glaze over ready-made cakes. I rub the chocolate and sprinkle chocolate chips on cottage cheese cookies with dried apricots and prunes. So the dessert is ready, which both on weekdays and on holidays will be an excellent addition to any meal. The culinary recipe of this amazing cake was shared with me by a friend with a sweet tooth. He thinks that cottage cheese cookies for tea are so good that it's even hard to imagine anything tastier, and I quite agree with him.
