To start, prepare the dough. Take a special margarine for baking and melt it in a water bath. Let it cool down a little. Mix the sugar and eggs together. Pour kefir into them. You can even use a fruit one. My mom takes it. After that, add the melted margarine, a little soda and mayonnaise. Mix everything well. You should get a soft and slightly loose dough. Divide it into two parts, but so that one is larger than the other. To begin with, take a large part and roll it out according to the shape of your baking sheet. It may happen that the dough will break. It can easily be patched up with a piece from the remaining part. Put the pre-peeled apples and cut into pieces on the dough. Sprinkle them with sugar on top. Roll out the second piece of dough and cover the apples with it. Bake the pie in the oven until golden brown.
