Diversify the list of your favorite pastries with such an appetizing pie. This cheese pie, the culinary recipe of which was revealed to me by a work colleague, has two advantages at once. Firstly, it is very quickly prepared. Secondly, it is extremely tasty. There is also a third, in my opinion, is the absence of yeast. The dough here, of course, is not quite lean, but, nevertheless, this kind of food will definitely not give you a chance to get better. What else can I say? The perfect addition to breakfast, the pie is perfect for tea, and lovers of Italian cuisine will appreciate it without a doubt.

First we send butter to the refrigerator so that it hardens properly. At this time, sift the flour, pour baking powder into it, mix. Now we put everything in a mixer with dough nozzles and, having chopped the butter with a knife, turn it into a homogeneous mass. Here we pour milk, pour sugar and salt. Then we roll the dough into a ball, wrap it with a film and put it to cool for ten minutes.
After rolling out the layer with a thickness of about 7 mm, we put it in a round shape so that the sides are also closed. That is, we create a "basket". Pour hard peas or beans on the bottom and bake for about seven minutes in the oven.
We prepare the filling ourselves. For a pie, you can take different varieties of cheese, the main thing is that they melt well. Parmesan, if not mandatory, is highly desirable in this dish. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer, pour in milk, add sour cream, salt and pepper, then pour grated cheese on a coarse grater. We put all the stuffing in our basket and put it back in the oven until fully cooked (25 minutes at 220 degrees).
