Step-by-step cooking
I just love this pie. Lemon and tangerine are not felt in it at all, because thanks to them the taste is extraordinary, it is a little bittersweet, the filling itself is soft and airy. Therefore, I want to share this culinary masterpiece with you faster and I really hope that you will appreciate it. Take the shortbread dough. For example, I buy it in the supermarket, so as not to play for a long time. But you can do it at home if you really want to. Put it in a baking dish with a height of 24 cm. Bake for about half an hour. Bring the milk with half the sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat. Whisk the remaining sugar with the yolks.Pour the hot milk into the yolk mixture, stirring constantly. Pour back into the pan and cook. If the mixture has started to stick to the spoon, then it is ready.Dissolve the gelatin in lemon and orange juice over low heat. Cool and pour into the milk mixture, adding the zest. Whisk the cream and mix with gelatin. Put it on a baked form and put it in the refrigerator so that the mixture hardens.
