I don't know about you, but I like chocolate muffins the most. It seems that their taste is richer and richer. Although everything here, of course, depends on the products added to the dough. In general, everyone loves muffins without exception (since you can choose "your own" from a rich assortment of their varieties). There are sweet and unsweetened, with fruits, vegetables or berries, and so on. For muffins of English cuisine, special molds will be required. I offer you a recipe for muffins with chocolate, the simplest of the existing ones. Chocolate pieces remain in them not completely melted, which gives a unique taste. Such food, I'm sure, was not met by everyone. You will definitely surprise your friends, acquaintances and relatives, you can be sure. The final result will depend on the type of chocolate. You can take milk instead of dark, you can put chocolate with additives: waffles, nuts, raisins and so on.
Softened butter is rubbed with sugar and add eggs. We break the chocolate into squares of half a centimeter and send them to the egg-butter mass. Sift the flour, mix with baking powder and knead the dough. Fill each mold with two-thirds dough and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
