Step-by-step cooking
This is my favorite pie, the recipe of which I found a long time ago in a book about delicious food. Preparing a delicious lemon – apple pie is very simple. First we prepare the dough. Beat the granulated sugar with sour cream and softened butter, gradually adding wheat flour mixed with baking powder. The kneaded dough is sent to the refrigerator for an hour. While the dough is cooling, we prepare the filling for the pie. To do this, we peel the washed apples from the skin and seeds, and then rub them on a coarse grater. Lemons are also grated on a coarse grater entirely. Fill apples with lemons with sugar. The filling lets in a lot of juice, so before laying in the pie, it needs to be squeezed out. We lubricate the detachable baking dish with oil and distribute two thirds of the dough over it with our hands, making the sides. Sprinkle the dough with flour and spread the filling. Roll out the remaining dough with a rolling pin and cover the top of the pie with it, pinching the edges and pricking with a fork. Bake the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 45 minutes. We serve a delicious lemon-apple pie, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party!
