Step-by-step cooking
Streusel is not a separate food, but a sprinkle, which is prepared as follows. Take the flour and mix it with the sugars. Then rub the butter on a grater to them. Add the raw egg yolk. Mix everything up. To do this, use your own hands. The sprinkling should look like fine crumbs. And now the actual pie. For the dough, melt the margarine and mix it with sugar, add the egg, add a little salt. Pour all this into flour mixed with yeast and filled with warmed milk. The dough should be kneaded and left to fit under a towel in a warm place for at least half an hour. During this time, you will have time to prepare the sprinkling and filling for the pie. The filling will be made of apples. Peel them and cut them into slices. Take out the dough, roll it out and put it on a greased form with vegetable oil. Fold the edges to the top. Put the apples on the dough and sprinkle them with streusel. Fold the edges of the pie inside and brush with egg. The pie should be baked for half an hour in the oven at a temperature of 230 degrees. And here on your table is the most delicious apple pie. And here on your table is the most delicious apple pie. Bon appetit!
