I want to share my grandmother's cooking recipe. The history of the origin of this food comes from Kazakh cuisine. The cake with viburnum has a sweet and sour extravagant taste and honey aroma. Very easy to prepare and affordable for any hostess. Your guests and household will certainly like it.

Cut the finished yeast dough into two pieces, one slightly larger and the other smaller and roll them into a layer. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread a large layer of dough on it, add the filling from viburnum and cover with a smaller layer of dough. We pinch the edges thoroughly. On top of the pie, you can decorate with leaves, flowers or flagella from the dough. Before baking, the cake must be smeared with egg whipped with water. The baking time of the cake with viburnum is approximately 30 minutes. at a temperature of 200-220 ° C.
Serve the pie to the guests for tea in bowls slightly warm.
