Step-by-step cooking
We start with the preparation of the dough. Grind the eggs, add sour cream and butter. Mix it up. Add salt, sugar and gradually introduce flour. Try not to form lumps. Mix thoroughly. We put the prepared dough for the mushroom pie in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes and while it is there, we begin to prepare the filling. We cut the beam in half rings, send it to the frying pan and fry it. Add a tablespoon of butter. Mushrooms can be used any. I don't have time to walk through the woods, as always, so I used the services of the nearest store and bought frozen ones. I leave the mushrooms in the pan for 15 minutes, then add sour cream. Salt and pepper, throw finely chopped greens there and leave for 15-20 minutes while the mushrooms continue to stew. At this time, we take out the dough and divide it into two unequal parts: one larger and the other smaller. Shake the dough into a flat cake and put most of the dough into a mold. Pour the filling on top and close the second part of the dough rolled into a not thick cake. Pinch and gently pierce with a fork from above. Grease with egg and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
During this time, such delicious flavors are carried around the apartment, which you need to feel yourself! It is impossible to describe it!
After 20 minutes, the temperature in the oven drops to 150 degrees and another 40 minutes of patience!
