The easiest way, of course, is to use a bread maker. But if you don't have this miracle of technology, don't despair! An ordinary oven and even a microwave oven are suitable for this! In it, we will bake bread with dill.
Warm up the milk with sugar at full power for 30 seconds. In warm milk, we breed yeast, add half the flour, knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 10 minutes. At this time, finely chop the dill and shallots. We heat the butter at full power and pour it into the sourdough. Add the greens, sour cream, eggs, remaining flour, salt and knead the dough thoroughly. To make the dough spread, put it covered in the microwave for half a minute. The second time we knead the dough.
Grease the mold with oil, pour the dough into it, sprinkle with sesame seeds, put it on medium power for half a minute. We take it out of the oven and wait for 5 minutes. We repeat this operation twice. Then bake the bread for 10 minutes at medium power and 3 more at full. The bread is ready :)
