Steak is prepared in different countries in different ways. Belarus has its own culinary recipe, which is called "Belarusian Steak". This food is designed for a hearty lunch. I often cook this for my family as a second course . It is satisfying, so it will help you feed a hungry man in the middle of a hard day's work.
My family consists of three people. Therefore, I will tell you how to cook a steak in Belarusian for three servings. Take a piece of beef and cut it across the fibers into three parts. Each will correspond to a separate portion. Take one piece of meat, nail it a little and give it a round shape. Do the same with the others. Season each piece with pepper, salt, and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. It is necessary to fry the steak in a frying pan on hot oil. The finished steak in Belarusian has a golden crust. But to make it softer and juicier, put it in the oven for a few minutes. You can eat a steak in Belarusian with French fries, pickled cucumbers or pickled mushrooms, or as I have with a vegetable side dish with mushroom sauce.
