Step-by-step cooking
Baking is a special food, and naturally, every housewife wants to cook something new and unusual, but simple and very tasty. Cottage cheese cheesecake is a classic, American version of cheesecake, popular all over the world. First you need to grind the breadcrumbs in a food processor and combine them with butter, previously melted in a water bath and sugar (150 g). Then, we spread the resulting mass on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, and carefully level it. Now, let's do the stuffing. Cottage cheese is combined with starch. Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar, lemon zest and salt with a mixer, also beat the cream and finally, combine everything with the curd mass. Having thoroughly stirred the filling, we spread it on a cake of breadcrumbs and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees. Cheesecake is baked for about an hour. It is very important to leave it to cool in the oven, and you need to turn it off when the edges of the cheesecake have already "grabbed" and the middle is still "shaking". Cheesecake is a capricious culinary recipe. The pie should reach in the oven, but if it is baked, it will become brittle and unsightly crack. Before serving, the cheesecake is decorated with berries, and if you want to shade its taste, you can slightly smear it with honey on top.
