I offer you a wonderful recipe for homemade bread. He is loved not only by all members of our family, including grandmothers and children, but even neighbors flock to the smell of this fragrant bread.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry until golden brown, transfer to a plate. In the same oil, fry finely chopped onions, add mushrooms and season with spices.
Now we mix yeast and sugar in water, mix well and set aside for a while so that the yeast is separated.
Knead the dough from flour, yeast and fried onions with mushrooms and spices.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. When the dough is suitable, we put it in a baking dish and bake it at an average level until a golden crust appears.
I recommend taking the bread out of the mold only when it has completely cooled down, since hot bread crumples easily.
