Combine the sifted flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, ground ginger.
In another bowl - softened butter, egg, sugar, add lemon zest (you can use a fine grater), beat well.
Combine both mixtures.
Preheat the oven to 180 gr.
Put the dough in the form of small balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping a distance of 3-4 cm between them. Now bake oatmeal cookies for about 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
It is not worth keeping more in the oven, so as not to over-dry.
