Meat loaf with prunes

Cooking method
To start, soak the prunes for a few hours.
Cut the beef flesh into thin pieces, about 1 cm each and carefully beat it off. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pork is cut into pieces and passed through a meat grinder twice. Spread the pork on the beef chop in an even layer. Drain the water from the prunes, finely chop and spread evenly on the meat. We wrap the roll and tie it with a thread.
Now in a large saucepan, boil the water, salt, put the bay leaf. Carrots are cleaned and coarsely cut, onions are cut in half. Put the meatloaf and vegetables in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cook for about 1 hour on low heat.
We put a light press on the finished roll and let it cool completely.
Before serving the roll on the table, cut it into pieces and sprinkle with chopped herbs. The appetizer is ready.
