Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the products. Defrost the chicken legs. If you need to determine the exact amount, then put the shins in an empty mold, how much will fit. If the meat is left, then send it back to the freezer. Peel the carrots, rinse with clean water.
Step 2:
Rinse the shins well with water, dry them and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle with chicken seasoning and salt, mix. If desired, you can leave for 20 minutes for marinating.
Step 3:
Chop the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Use a knife to cut the peeled onion into small pieces.
Step 5:
Lightly fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil.
Step 6:
Put the toasted vegetables on the bottom of the baking dish. Then sprinkle the raw rice.
Step 7:
Lay the shins, they should fit snugly together. Of course, you can optionally put any amount of meat. Pour hot water to hide the rice, add salt to taste. The water can be heated in advance in a kettle.
Step 8:
Cover the form with foil or a lid, put it in the oven. Turn on the fire, the oven needs to be preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees. Meat with rice is cooked for approximately 1 hour. Periodically it is necessary to monitor the condition of the dish. If all the liquid has boiled off, then you need to add a small amount of water so that the rice steams well.
After 1 hour, turn off the oven, and leave the dish for another 15-20 minutes. Then you can take out the mold, put a few spoonfuls of fragrant and juicy rice and meat on plates. The oven turns out very tasty rice, especially if it is cooked with chicken. Such a dish can be cooked in a baking tray, and served to the festive table.
