Cooking method
Pick up a meat that is easily cut along not to the end. When unwrapped, the meat should look like an open book. Lightly beat it off, pepper, salt.
Cut onion into half rings and fry in oil.
Cut the crust off the bread, break the crumb into pieces and dry it in the oven.
Cut lard and apple without peel into thin slices.
Put the fried onion on the beaten meat. And on one side of the meat piece - a strip of bacon.
Now lay out the crackers and apples. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the meat into a roll, starting from the side where the fat lies. Tie the roll with threads.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180 and bake for 30-40 minutes. You can cover the onion roll with foil closer to the end of cooking. And then remove the foil and turn on the grill function, if any. Just for a few minutes.
