Step-by-step cooking
Cut onion into cubes.
Wash the mushrooms, cut into small cubes.
Fry onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil in a frying pan. Season them with salt and pepper.
Peel potatoes, cut in half and cut out the inside with a knife.
Stuff potatoes with mushrooms and onions, connect both halves, wrap bacon crosswise.
Put the prepared potatoes on a baking sheet and put in a preheated 220 degree oven for 50 minutes.
