Sourdough: mix yeast, sugar and 2 tablespoons of warm water. Add 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Dough: pour the remaining flour into a deep bowl, make a recess in the middle. Put the sourdough in the recess, add salt, add about 125 ml of warm water. At the very end of the kneading, add vegetable oil and mix it into the dough. You should get a soft dough, but it should not stick to your hands. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic (about 10-15 minutes).

Cover the pizza dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 2 hours. The dough should increase in volume by about half. This amount of dough was enough for me for 2 full-fledged pizzas and 2 smaller pizzas, about the diameter of a pie plate.
Sauce: mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
Filling for Royal pizza: sausage cut into thin strips, tomatoes, pepper cut into small cubes, mushrooms chop into thin plates. Grate the cheeses.
Heat the oven to 200 °C. From baking paper, cut out a circle with a diameter the same as a pizza mold.
Knead the dough again, roll out into a circle 0.5 cm thick.Transfer the dough to a form covered with paper.
Grease the dough with 2-3 tablespoons of sauce. Put the filling on the edge of the circle: cheese, sausage, mushrooms, pepper, tomatoes, cheese, leaving the middle free.
Cut the middle of the pizza into 8 segments and wrap them on the filling. Lubricate the resulting leaves with beaten egg and vegetable oil.
Put the royal pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
