For this meal, it is better to use zucchini zucchini, although you can replace them with ordinary ones, but in this case they need to be cleaned and the seeds removed. The culinary recipe for zucchini baked in sour cream belongs to the category of light and fast.
Cut the zucchini into rings, about a centimeter thick. If you have a large zucchini, then cut into squares of the same thickness. We put the sliced zucchini in a plastic bag. In the same place we put salt and spices to your taste, and add vegetable oil at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 200 gr. The package is tightly tied and shaken until all the slices are evenly covered with seasonings and oil. Preheat the oven, and cover the sheet with cooking foil so that it is easy to remove everything later. Spread the zucchini on a sheet and bake at a temperature of up to 220 degrees Celsius.
Whisk sour cream with a whisk together with salt, pepper, grated cheese and dill. After twenty minutes of baking, we take out the leaf with zucchini and pour it with sour cream sauce. We bake until ready.
Put the finished zucchini in a plate and sprinkle with crushed garlic. Then decorate with sprigs of dill and parsley.
