A good friend of my husband brought us a nice piece of salmon the other day, without thinking twice, I cooked an amazing meal according to my old, proven culinary recipe - salmon in the oven. When it is cooked in this way, all its useful substances do not come out of the fish and a thick crust does not form as when frying. How to cook this delicious dish? I'll tell you now! We start by cleaning the fish (it can be salmon or trout, choose according to your taste), wash it, dry it thoroughly with a towel. Then cut into portions (about 2 centimeters thick). Now sprinkle the fish with lemon juice. Next, wash the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater, peel the onion and cut into half rings. Put the vegetables in a frying pan and fry until half cooked in butter. After that, we put carrot, salmon and onion in layers in a glass dish. Then pour all the ingredients with a glass of milk and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle the fish with herbs or cover with a circle of fresh lemon.
