Cooking method
First of all, put the apples in boiling water for 5 minutes. While they are cooking, take care of the sauce for dessert. Separate the yolks from the whites and mix them with sugar and whiskey. Then heat to a hot state in a saucepan in a water bath. Make sure that the contents of the pan do not boil, so that the yolks do not curdle, and the whiskey does not evaporate.
When the apples are ready, take them out and water. Remove the core from the red apple by making a recess and without breaking the skin. Also remove the core from the green, peel it and cut it into slices resembling tangerine slices. Put the green apple slices into the hole of the red apple, pour melted butter, add a pinch of cinnamon, cloves, sugar and honey and place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake the apples for 10-15 minutes. When they are ready, pour the sauce over them when serving and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
