Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chebureks with fried meat? Prepare the products. You can take the minced meat ready-made or make it at home yourself. Any meat is suitable — beef, pork, chicken, turkey or a mixture of them. Take spices according to your taste. For baking, you will also need a small baking tray and baking paper.
Step 2:
Sift wheat flour and pour into a deep bowl about 2 cups. Add salt and sugar, mix.
Step 3:
Then make a recess in the center, pour vegetable oil into it, mix a little.
Step 4:
Pour in water, it is better if it is at room temperature. Mix the products until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Step 5:
Enter the remaining amount of flour (it may need a little more or a little less than a glass) and knead the dough, it should turn out quite steep, smooth and homogeneous. Add flour, focusing on the consistency. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 6:
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it over medium heat, then pour the onion into the oil. Fry the onion until transparent.
Step 7:
After about 3 minutes, add the minced meat, spices and salt. Fry the minced meat on low heat for approximately 10-15 minutes. From time to time, mix the minced meat with a spatula, breaking the lumps. After the time has elapsed, turn off the heating, and leave the minced meat to cool.
Step 8:
Divide the dough into 5-6 parts. Roll out each piece into a thin cake on a table dusted with flour. Put a little meat filling on one half.
Step 9:
Cover the filling with dough, pinch the edge with a fork. Form chebureks from the whole dough in this way.
Step 10:
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil. Spread out the chebureks, also brush them with vegetable oil on top. If desired, instead of oil, you can lubricate the chebureks with egg yolk. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 11:
Bake chebureks for approximately 25-30 minutes, they should become ruddy. With a spatula, carefully remove the pasties from the baking sheet, put them on a plate. Serve it to the table with hot vegetable soup or just with tea. Bon appetit!
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baking will turn out to be airy and will rise well when baking.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
