Step 1:
How to quickly and simply cook a hearty dish of sliced chicken breast and baked with vegetable mixture and tomatoes with cheese, which is sure to please many with its excellent taste qualities? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for cooking an inexpensive homemade dish in the oven.
Step 2:
Start cooking the dressing sauce and take a deep bowl, then break two chicken eggs into it, pour out half a teaspoon of salt and mix the eggs with a whisk until smooth, breaking the protein threads well.
Step 3:
Put half a teaspoon of ready-made non-spicy mustard in a bowl with egg mixture and mix well.

Cut into small arbitrary pieces five hundred grams of chicken fillet, then take a suitable diameter form and spread the sliced chicken pieces into it in a uniform layer.
Step 8:
Pre-spread five hundred grams of frozen vegetable mixture into a volumetric bowl and defrost it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
Step 9:
Spread the defrosted vegetable mixture consisting of green peas, beans, bell peppers, carrots and broccoli into a mold on top of the chicken pieces and distribute it evenly.
Step 10:
Pour the previously prepared dressing sauce into the mold with pieces of chicken fillet and vegetables.
Step 11:
Cut two medium tomatoes into thin rings, then put them in a mold and distribute evenly, then put the mold in a preheated oven to two hundred degrees and bake the dish for thirty-thirty-five minutes.
Step 12:
After a while, take the mold out of the oven, then take a fine grater and rub a hundred grams of Russian cheese, which then spread in a uniform layer into the mold and put it in the oven off for another five minutes.
Step 13:
After a while, take out the form with the cooked dish from the oven.
Step 14:
Place the cooked chicken breast dish with vegetable mixture and tomatoes with cheese on serving plates and serve to the table.
