Step 1:

Step 2:
To prepare the dough, take a saucepan into which then spread a hundred grams of honey and put it on the stove, then stirring, bring the honey to a boil at an average temperature of the stove and warm it up for one minute.
Step 3:
Remove the saucepan from the stove, then pour one teaspoon of soda into it and mix.
Step 4:
Put the saucepan back on the stove, then stir constantly and prepare the honey mixture at a low temperature of the stove.

Remove the saucepan from the stove and put one hundred and twenty grams of butter into it.

Step 12:
Continue to mix all the ingredients in the bowl together until you get the desired consistency of a homogeneous dough.

Spread baking paper on two baking sheets and draw circles with a diameter of eighteen centimeters on them, then spread two tablespoons of dough on them and distribute it evenly.
Step 14:
Send the baking sheets to a preheated oven to one hundred and sixty degrees and bake the cakes for five minutes, after which bake the rest of the cakes in the same way, of which a total of twelve turns out.
Step 15:
We begin the preparation of the cream and put five hundred grams of 25% sour cream at room temperature in a deep bowl, after which we pour two tablespoons of powdered sugar into it and beat it with a mixer for three minutes until smooth.
Step 16:
Take a suitable mold and put it on with an acetate tape, then put ten cakes in it alternately, which alternate with a uniform layer of cream, then put the assembled cake in the refrigerator for one hour.
Step 17:
Grind two cakes to the state of crumbs with a blender, and if there is none, then on a fine grater.
Step 18:
Release the cake from the mold after a while, then apply a uniform layer of sour cream on top and sides of the cake.
Step 19:
Spread the crumbs evenly on top and sides of the cake, then put the prepared cake in the refrigerator for further impregnation of the cakes.
