Step 1:
How is it quite simple to prepare a festive hot dish of chicken drumstick baked in puff pastry, which is sure to please many with its wonderful taste qualities? First of all, we prepare the necessary products with spices and wash the seven chicken drumsticks well, then remove the skin from them and make a cut to the bone on one side of each.
Step 2:
Put the chopped chicken drumsticks in a deep bowl and add to it one teaspoon of chicken seasoning, one teaspoon of dried garlic and salt to taste.
Step 3:
Properly rub the seasoning into each chicken drumstick, then mix with your hands together and give them a little time to infuse and soak in the aromas of spices.

Cut three hundred grams of champignons into rather thin slices and put them in a dry frying pan, then put it on the stove and so that the mushrooms give away all the excess moisture, mix periodically and fry them on high heat.

Take a half-kilogram roll of puff pastry without yeast and cut it into eight identical parts, then knead one of the parts and roll out to a thin oblong tortilla, which then cut into three-millimeter strips and cover them with a napkin.

Roll out each piece of dough alternately to tortillas two to three millimeters thick and give them a square shape.
Step 12:
Spread the fried chicken drumstick closer to the center of the tortilla and a tablespoon with a slide of mushroom filling with potatoes.
Step 13:
Gather the edges of the tortilla around the chicken drumstick, then interlock them well and form bags.

Take a strip of dough and moisten it with water, then wrap it around the assembled top of the formed dough bag and fasten it.
Step 15:
Spread the chicken drumstick with the filling in the formed dough bags on a baking sheet, which is pre-covered with baking paper and lubricate the bags with beaten chicken egg, then put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to two hundred degrees.
