Step 1:
Prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Add dry yeast and sugar to warm milk.
Step 3:
Pour flour and mix. Put the sourdough in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Mix flour with sugar and salt.
Step 5:
Add sour cream and soft butter, mix until smooth.
Step 6:
Add sourdough to the dough, stir. I advise you to add ground cinnamon to the dough to make the buns more fragrant.
Step 7:
Leave the dough in the heat for 1 hour. It should fill all the dishes.
Step 8:
Mix cottage cheese with egg.
Step 9:
Add sugar, mix the filling until smooth.
Step 10:
Roll out the dough 5 mm thick and cover with cottage cheese filling.
Step 11:
Roll up the roll and cut it into pieces 3-4 cm thick.
Step 12:
Put paper on a baking sheet and grease with oil. Lay out the products. Turn on the oven, preheat to a temperature of 190 degrees. Put the curls and bake until golden brown.
Step 13:
Mix sour cream with sugar.
Step 14:
Put the curls on a plate or board, pour sour cream on top. The table can be served with tea. Bon appetit!
