Step 1:
Cut the onion into medium-sized cubes for filling and fry it in hot oil until transparent.
Step 2:
Add ground beef to the onion, stir and fry, stirring, under the lid.
Step 3:
Add salt and pepper at the end.
Step 4:
Mix and let cool completely.
Step 5:
To impregnate the dough, mix eggs with yogurt and add butter. Mix until smooth.
Step 6:
Add water and mix again.
Step 7:
We lubricate the filo dough sheet completely with impregnation, spread a path of fried minced meat on the edge.
Step 8:
Roll the dough into a roll, and then into a snail. Transfer to the center of a large frying pan or baking dish.
Step 9:
We do this with the whole dough and get a big pie.
Step 10:
Mix the egg with yogurt for the crust, pour the mixture with a spoon on the pie, and then evenly distribute it with a brush throughout the dough.
Step 11:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the pie to bake for 40 minutes.
Filo can be prepared by yourself, or you can buy ready-made. Also, I think, for the first time, you can replace it with thinly rolled puff pastry or simple pita bread.
Have fun!
