Step-by-step cooking
We will prepare a simple pie with a filling of eggs and green onions. First, knead the dough. Beat chicken eggs with sour cream and mayonnaise. Then add wheat flour with baking powder and mix the ingredients thoroughly. The dough should turn out liquid. For the filling, we chop hard-boiled eggs with green onions. Salt the filling to taste.
Grease the baking dish (I have a rectangular one) with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour half of the dough into the mold. Next, spread the filling and fill with the remaining dough. Bake the pie in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. The finished simple pie is cut into rectangles and served to the table. Bon appetit!
