Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. In this recipe, you can use any minced meat, fresh or frozen mushrooms. Rice is better to use round-grained. Boil the rice and cool it.
Step 2:
Cut mushrooms into large pieces and fry in 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3:
Fry the minced meat in a frying pan, add finely chopped garlic 2 minutes before the end of frying.
Step 4:
Grease the bottom and walls of the baking dish with vegetable oil. Cover with parchment, also oiled. Well, now we begin to lay the layers of the pie. The first is a layer of mushrooms, between the mushrooms we will place sprigs of dill. Then a layer of cheese, rubbed on a coarse grater. Next, a layer of rice. Then minced meat. We put the defrosted vegetable mixture on the minced meat layer.
Step 5:
Prepare the dough, for which mix the liquid ingredients separately and the dry ones separately. Then mix together the liquid and dry ingredients for the dough so that there are no lumps and let stand for 10 minutes for the soda to start working. The dough turns out to have the consistency of pancakes, it pours well.
Step 6:
Pour the dough on top of the pie layers, let it leak to the very bottom of the future pie, 10 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The pie should turn a soft golden color on top. Take the pie out of the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then cover the pie with a plate and turn it over. Cool slightly, remove the parchment and serve.
Step 7:
The layered aspic pie is ready! For a more detailed recipe, see the video. Enjoy your meal!
The recipe for aspic pie will appeal to those who do not like or do not know how to cook complex dough. The dough for the aspic pie resembles the dough for pancakes. It is the same liquid, in fact, they just fill the filling with it, so it is often called a filling dough for a pie. The main requirement for a filling pie is that the dough should be soft, for this, along with slaked soda, fermented milk products are used. For example, aspic pies on kefir are very popular, the recipe of which I want to offer you.
