Cooking method
I have been looking for a long time for a recipe for cupcakes and chocolate ones, so that it is simple, fast and from available ingredients, and of course so that it is delicious, and most importantly to please the child.
I tried a lot of recipes, but somehow it was not the same. It turned out either too dry, or vice versa wet. And they were also very often lowered when taken out of the oven and looked completely unappetizing like pancakes.
And here I found it.
I want to share with you. Initially, there were 100 grams of sugar for 5 servings of cupcakes, but I thought it was too much and reduced the amount of this ingredient. But I think you can put even less sugar. Since even with this amount of sugar, they are very sweet, but this is for me personally.
And I also want to try this recipe to bring it under proper nutrition, replace wheat flour with corn or rice flour. Sugar on a sweetener. Try to replace butter with coconut or olive oil (sunflower). I hope everything will work out as with the original recipe.
So let's get down to making cupcakes.
The first step of making our cupcakes. Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder, sift everything through a sieve.
The next stage of preparation. In the sifted dry ingredients, add granulated sugar and softened butter.
Next, mix our mixture well.
The next step in making our cupcakes. We drive an egg into the mixture, then pour in warm milk, I had 3.2 of any fat content, beat everything well so that there are no lumps. We take molds for cupcakes (muffins), I have silicone.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Fill the molds with dough, it turns out like thick sour cream. And we put our dough molds in the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes.
We take out our super chocolate, super delicious cupcakes from the oven.
After cooling completely, we decorate the top with cream to your taste, I had icing sugar. Everything is ready. It can be served with tea, coffee. Enjoy your meal.
