Beat eggs with sugar, add a little salt. Then add sour cream, melted butter (or margarine), slaked soda and mix well. Gradually we begin to introduce the sifted flour and knead the dough. The consistency of the dough for cupcakes should not be liquid and not very thick, as for pancakes. If you bake cupcakes in silicone molds, brush them with vegetable oil a little. We put a little dough on the bottom, a piece of white chocolate on top and again a little dough so that the chocolate is inside. You do not need to fill out the forms by more than 2/3 of the volume, since the cupcakes will rise well during the baking process. Place the forms filled with dough in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. After this time, the cupcakes on sour cream with white chocolate are ready! Bon appetit!
