Step 1:
Prepare the filling: mix cream with eggs and 50 gr. grated cheese. Salt, pepper to taste.
Step 2:
Peel the onion, fry together with the mushrooms until golden brown. Cut the tomato into slices, finely chop the greens, three cheese on a grater.
Step 3:
Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
Step 4:
Cut the pita bread into the shape that we have for baking (mine is round).
Step 5:
Let's start collecting our pizza pie! We lubricate the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil and spread the first sheet of lavash. Pour a small amount of filling on it, level it.
Step 6:
Next, spread 1/2 chicken fillet, salt, cover with a second sheet of lavash.
Step 7:
Next, spread the fried onions with mushrooms, a little filling and cover with pita bread again.
Step 8:
The next layer is grated cheese 100 gr, 1 tomato, part of the greens, pita bread. The penultimate layer is the filling, the remaining part of the chicken fillet, salt, pita bread.
Step 9:
Pour the remaining filling on the final layer, put the tomato slices, the remaining greens and cheese.
Step 10:
Put in the preheated oven for 180 gr. until browning! Our miracle pizza pie is ready! Bon appetit!
