Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Sift the flour onto the table.
Step 2:
Grate frozen butter or margarine on a coarse grater.
Step 3:
Quickly grind this chip into crumbs, add baking powder, vodka and sour cream. Knead the dough, adding flour if necessary.
Step 4:
The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. Put the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Roll out the finished dough into a 5 mm thick layer and cut into 5-6 cm pieces.
Step 6:
Beat the egg a little.
Step 7:
Grease cookies with it.
Step 8:
Dip the greased side into the sugar.
Step 9:
Put sugar up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 10:
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until browned for 20-25 minutes.
I made cookies with margarine, and it still turned out very fragrant. But you can use vanilla sugar instead of regular sugar or mix it with cinnamon.
