Cooking method
1. Pour a little warm milk into the dish and pour out the dry yeast, mix with a fork or whisk, let the yeast dissolve.
2. In another deep dish, pour the rest of the warm milk, break the eggs and whisk everything with sugar. Then add vanilla sugar and salt, mix until the crystals dissolve. Mix with sourdough and add the sifted flour. We introduce the flour in parts, achieving the desired consistency. At the end, pour in the oil and knead the dough well with your hands, it should not be very steep, but also not stick to your hands.
3. We shift the kneaded dough into a dish, cover it so that a hard crust does not form, and put it in a warm place. We let it rise a couple of times, mince it and start cooking.
4. Divide the dough into two parts. We roll out one large part of the dough, and put it in a greased form with vegetable oil. We distribute the berries and decorate the top with strips of the remaining dough.
5. Let the pie stand, rise, lubricate with egg yolk and send it to the oven. We cook for about one hour, at a temperature of 160 degrees.
