Cooking method
1. We take out the butter in advance, so that it is soft and rub it with half a portion of powdered sugar. Mix with egg yolk and vanilla. Sift the flour into the dough and knead it. Let it stand in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. After that, we roll out into a layer and put it in a baking dish. Excess edges are cut off with a knife. We put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, the dough should cool down. We make punctures with a fork and put it in the preheated oven for ten minutes, cook at 180 degrees.
2. Mix all the ingredients for pouring and beat a little with a whisk until a homogeneous mass is formed.
3. In the finished form, we spread the pitted cherries (thawed in advance) and pour the sour cream filling.
4. Turn down the heat in the oven to 160 degrees and put the pie to bake, as the filling thickens, after about 30-40 minutes, we take out the pie and let it cool.
