Step 1:
Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds.
Step 2:
Grate on a fine grater and squeeze well.
Step 3:
Mix flour with a teaspoon of cinnamon and baking powder
Step 4:
Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Step 5:
Add oil and mix well again.
Step 6:
Introduce the flour in portions.
Step 7:
Knead the dough.
Step 8:
Add zucchini. The dough immediately becomes more liquid.
Step 9:
When pressed, the seeds can be crushed.
Step 10:
Add them to the dough.
Step 11:
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Instead of seeds, you can add any nuts, candied fruits or dried fruits. Zucchini only adds volume and moisture, completely not felt in the finished dish.
