Cooking method
1) Wash the chicken wings, cut them at the joints. The smallest part of the wing is removed, the remaining part is dried with a paper towel.
2) Make the sauce by mixing the remaining ingredients.
3) Pierce the skin in several places and soak the wings ~ for an hour.
