A hearty express breakfast in a couple of minutes. Try it! Breakfast is a crucial moment in the daily routine, because it should not be missed and, importantly, you need to cook quickly. The usual omelet is very useful, but eating it for breakfast every day just gets boring. I offer a decent alternative - sausages with cheese! This breakfast is prepared very quickly, but despite this it is delicious and satisfying. The main thing is to preheat the oven in advance.

To begin with, cut 2/3 of the cheese into long cubes, and grate the rest on a grater. With the help of a sharp knife, we make deep cuts on the sausages and put cheese cubes into the resulting pockets, pepper to taste.

We put the sausages in a heat-resistant form and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees and bake the resulting breakfast in it for 10 minutes.
