Drunk cherry cake in a slow cooker

Prepare a delicious chocolate cake for a cup of coffee! Yes, it is for coffee - drunk cherries are even tastier with it (but this is in my opinion). The products included in the cake are accessible and simple, the recipe is also not complicated at all. Cook with me - everything will work out!

Peel the cherries from the seeds, put them in a bowl, pour brandy. Let him insist.

Bake a biscuit:
- we break eggs into two different containers, whites into one, yolks into the other;
- pour sugar into both containers, dividing it into two parts;
- whisk the whites to strong peaks, whisk the yolks white;
- mix the whites and yolks (carefully);
- sift flour and cocoa into the mass, add soda (extinguish with vinegar), knead with a wooden (or silicone) spatula with movements from the bottom up;
- lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter, pour the dough into it, select the "Baking" mode and the time is 60 minutes (in models with high power, 45-50 minutes is enough). We remove the finished biscuit with a steam strainer, put it on the grill, let it cool down.

After 2 hours we start further cooking. Beat well-cooled cream with sugar until fluffy and increase in volume by 2 times.

Cut off the top layer (1.5 cm thick) from the biscuit, remove the inner soft part from the rest. We crumble it into pieces and send it to the cream, we also send the "drunk" cherry there, mix it. The resulting mixture is filled with a biscuit shell and closed with a thin layer cut earlier. We send it to the refrigerator.

And now let's do the glaze. Softened butter is whipped with 100 grams of chocolate melted in the microwave (or in a water bath). We cover the cake with the resulting smooth mass. The rest of the chocolate is grated and sprinkled on the cake. We send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour.
