Cooking method
Beat eggs with sugar and sour cream, add soda, nuts and flour. Put the dough in a mold and bake one cake. Allow to cool, cut 2/3 of the cake in height, so that the base remains 1-1.5 cm high. Chop the cut part with your hands. Take a bowl, shifting the dough crushed in parts and adding cream (butter with condensed milk) to it, mix and spread on the base, previously slightly greased with cream, forming a cake. The mass must be compacted, giving a flat shape. When all the dough is laid out, you can pour any glaze on top, or sprinkle with grated nuts, chocolate.
