Making cakes: in a container, mix eggs, sugar (200 gr), sour cream (200 gr).Add soda (slaked with lemon juice or vinegar), flour, cocoa (3 tbsp. l.), soft butter. Mix everything thoroughly. The mass should turn out to be very thick sour cream. Spread the mass in a baking dish covered with parchment paper, or greased with butter. Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes. Let it cool down.
Make the cream: whisk sour cream (500 gr) with a blender with a whisk attachment for about 6-8 minutes, add sugar (200 gr), vanilla, cocoa (3 tbsp.l.) and whisk again.The cream should be thick. We cut off the top and sides of the pie. Divide the pie into two parts. The first part is lubricated with half of the cream and put a cherry on the cream. Cover with the second part and the sides and the top cut into cubes. And top with the rest of the cream. The cake should soak and freeze until morning.
