Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

All ingredients must be at room temperature or preheated. Turn on the oven on medium heat, heat the yogurt or kefir if they are cold so that the finger is not hot, stir the sugar a little, pour the soda and stir.
Sow all the flour on the table, sprinkle the baking sheet (I get two). Add butter and egg to the curdled milk, stir and add flour to the consistency of very thick sour cream.
We put a small amount of dough on the flour on the table and knead a very soft dough. We roll out 1-1.5 cm and make gingerbread cakes with a glass dipped in flour and put them on a sprinkled baking sheet. And so until the dough runs out, I came out in 4 steps.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Do not overdo it, otherwise they will be dry, they should be pale. I have gas and I put in half or a little less than half of the full capacity.
