Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Apples, preferably sour, peel, cut into small squares
Step 2:
Cut the pumpkin in the same way as apples
Step 3:
Chop or grate chocolate on a coarse grater
Step 4:
Chop nuts with a knife
Step 5:
Divide eggs into whites and yolks. Add butter, 150 grams of sugar to the yolks and beat well

Add flour, knead
Step 7:
Add chocolate
Step 8:
Mix apples, nuts, remaining sugar and cinnamon
Step 9:
Whisk the whites into a stable foam
Step 10:
And gently insert the spatula into the dough
Step 11:
Transfer the baking dish with baking paper and lay out the dough
Step 12:
Put the apple-pumpkin mixture on top
Step 13:
Sprinkle with nuts. Put in the oven heated to 180 g for 40 minutes .
