Pumpkin muffins with citrus glaze

Cooking method
We clean the pumpkin from seeds and peel.
Put it in a blender.
Add flour, sugar, butter, eggs, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
Beat until smooth.
Fill half the molds with dough and put them in a preheated 180 - 200c oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. During this time, we prepare the fudge.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, powdered sugar, lemon juice and citrus zest.
Get the finished muffins and put the fudge on top. You can additionally decorate with the remaining zest.
