Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary products.

Wash the apples, peel and seeds, grate on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Beat eggs with sugar until completely dissolved. Add the soft butter and stir well.

Gradually add flour with baking powder and mix.

Add the squeezed pumpkin and apples to the dough, mix well.

Add vanilla and orange zest. According to your taste, you can add other spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger...

Mix everything well.

Grease the mold with oil.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, they will not let the dough burn and form a delicious crispy crust.

Lay out the dough and smooth it out. Put in preheated to 180 degrees for 1 hour. Depending on the dough and the type of oven, the cooking time may be less or more. After 45 minutes, check for readiness with a wooden stick.
