Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix flour with cumin and add grated cheese. Put the sliced butter 120gr., one egg, salt 2gr. and quickly knead the dough. We put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Warm the milk with 30g of butter and add it to the grated potatoes.
Step 3:
Add grated cheese, chopped boiled chicken and lightly beaten 4 eggs.
Step 4:
Salt, pepper. Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Lubricate with butter a detachable mold with a diameter of 24cm. We knead the dough in it with our hands, lifting the sides by about 3 cm. Spread the filling on the dough and pour the remaining 2 beaten eggs.
Step 6:
