Add the remaining ingredients and a pinch of salt to the dough, knead for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes soft and elastic.
Then leave the dough covered with a film in a warm place for about an hour and a half.
1. Next, divide the dough into 12 parts, roll it into balls weighing about 100 grams each, rest for 10 minutes.
2. Divide each piece of dough into 3 more parts.
3. We roll out these pieces with a rolling pin, we should get 36 cakes.
4. For one bun, take 3 tortillas and fold them in half, and then again in half.
In principle, you can use any jam, it will not leak out of the buns, since they are stacked corners down. We put them in the cell of the muffin mold, corner down 3 tortillas in each:

Let it stand for about 30-40 minutes. Then grease the buns with egg-milk mixture or sprinkle with granulated sugar:
Bake in a preheated oven to 200-220 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
